PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING POLICIES:
1. We ship 2nd Day Air M-W so that your package will drop W-F. We also offer UPS Ground service for neighboring areas that are too expensive to deliver. For Next Day Air Service or Saturday Drop Service please call the store at 1-877-on–a–stik (662-7845). All UPS shipments require minimal assembly upon receipt. A shipping enclosure is included with each package explaining the assembly process to the recipient. Due to the nature of the product, we CAN NOT ship arrangements pre-assembled. If you would prefer the recipient not have to put something together, consider shipping individually wrapped favors or having the arrangement delivered via a local courier (rates are provided at checkout). 2.  Bundles of Cookies™ is not liable for any delays due to natural disaster and/or inclement weather however we will do our best to make the delivery in a timely manner.  There is an additional fee to deliver via courier in inclement weather.  Bundles of Cookies™ will retain the package until the weather permits a delivery to be made, unless otherwise instructed by you. We will not accept any cancellation of delayed orders due to inclement weather or third party service delays.

3. Bundles of Cookies™ reserves the right to charge a customer for any additional costs incurred including but not limited to bad addresses, return-receipt of package, and for additional waiting times for deliveries.

4. Unless otherwise indicated at the time of the order Bundles of Cookies™ will leave a package at the front door if no one is home to sign for the delivery.

5. Due to increased security measures, all deliveries to government buildings must be sent via UPS service. Due to regulations requiring the recipients to personally sign for their packages, it is too difficult for our courier services to coordinate an appropriate delivery time.  Should these regulations change, we will notify you via this website. To avoid any additional costs please make arrangements to have someone available to receive all package.  Bundles of Cookies™ reserves the right to charge for wrong addresses, waiting fees, and re-routed packages.

6. Local business deliveries are made M-F between the hours of 11:00am-5:00pm.  Private residence deliveries are made up to 8pm.

7. Due to the fact that we out-source our deliveries to a third party, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.  Should you need an early morning delivery or a quick turnaround, please call 1-877-on-a-stik) to make arrangements and for pricing.

Information collected on this site is owned solely by Bundles of Cookies™ and bundlesofcookies.com.  The information gathered is for the sole purpose of processing your order and may be used to provide you with updated information on products and/or services. We use an outside shipping company and delivery service for shipping and delivery of orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services.  These companies do not share or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
